Marcel "Nacho" Imery is a New York–based trusted advisor to family offices, venture capital fund managers, and startups, with deep expertise in wealth planning, business structuring, and strategic growth. A seasoned entrepreneur, he founded and scaled top-tier ventures — including a leading law firm in Venezuela and innovative startups across Latin America backed by Wayra and Startup Chile. As an international speaker and host of the Startup Mentoring & Venturing podcast, Nacho inspires global audiences on entrepreneurship, innovation, and legacy preservation. He has taught tax law at UNIMET’s graduate law school and IESA’s MBA program, and currently leads the Executive Program in Startup Management at Asuntos Digitales, training the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders across the Americas. Nacho holds an MBA from Hult, an LLM from Duke Law, and a JD from UCAB Law.
